Josh Waring is the son reality tv star Lauri Waring-Peterson of the ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’. Josh also appeared on the show and was featured as the ‘wayward’ teen out of all the kids on the show. Last year, he was arrested for being high on heroin and having the drug in his possession. He was given 6 months in jail and has been released, but still has some legal issues lingering in the background

He has an arraignment on Feb 24th for assault and battery (this was from August 08 charges). For the drug charges he was sentenced on 9/15/08 to 3 years probation and also 240 days in jail. He was released on 2/3/09.

Lauri left the reality series mid-season supposedly because she needed time to deal emotionally with Josh’s sentence. Another rumor is that her new husband wanted her off the show in order to avoid more bad publicity.
