After Lindsay Lohan leaves rehab, she’ll be jetting off to Las Vegas for her birthday party at Pure nightclub.

“There is a birthday party scheduled that she is contracted to do at Pure. It’s scheduled for July 2. That hasn’t changed. Nothing has been cancelled as of now,” says Lohan’s lawyer, Mike Heller.

Geez, even her lawyer is an enabler!! A source says:

I know this lawyer, Mike Heller. We went to school together. He’s a party boy - only about 30 years old and very into the scene. Not surprising at all that he would defend this part at Pure. He’s not some old serius lawyer-type. This is sad.
