Thanks For All The Laughs, Sir!!!
One of the television actors in the history of the medium passed away Friday night. Don Knotts died Friday night of pulmonary and respiratory complications at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills, said Paul Ward, a spokesman for the cable network TV Land, which airs “The Andy Griffith Show,” and another Knotts hit, “Three’s Company.”
Its an understatement to say that he will be missed by the multitude of TV generations that he entertained. Thanks for all the laughter, Mr. Knotts!
Here’s a long video interview with Don Knotts from 1999.
